It's Tetris but in First Person.
Controls:
-W A S D to move
-Mouse to look around
-Space to Jump
Tipps:
-Look Up, don't get hit by the falling tiles!
-Climb to avoid the rising LAVA

Download the Game, unzip it, double click on Tetris First Person.exe
